- Responsibilities:
- Look after the production and timely get production output according to the targets.
- Supporting the daily management and prioritization of co-manufacturers to meet all the performance standards which include food safety, quality and cost
- Sharing production plan with all co-manufacturers
- Daily reporting to Management of production, RM PM availability FG and packing activities.
- Align the dispatches as per the dispatch schedule and plan the vehicles as per requirement
- Record keeping related to all Production / Quality and providing the details at the end of the day/week.
- Inventory management of Raw materials, packing materials and FG
- Ensure required documentations are followed by co-manufacturers related to Production and Quality
- Ensure SOPs are followed by co-manufacturers
- Ensure FG release procedure as per SOP
- RM/PM/FG Stock reconciliation
- Preparing MIS report and sharing to reporting manager
- Carry out internal audit on Food safety / GMP /GHP
- Monitor Ensure & Maintain Online Quality Standards requirements of Process, Product and Packing. Also food safety requirements are well maintained as per FSSAI standards
- Responsible for incoming RM/PM quality. Ensure Co-manufacturers checks all incoming RM/PM at the time of receipt as per SOP and specifications.
- Ensure Formulations / Recipes are followed by co-manufacturers
- Ensure process and online quality are followed as per SOP by Manufacturer
- Handling of Customer complaints Ensure no FBC contamination
- Ensure RCA & CAPA for all customer complaints. Monitor on Effectiveness of CAPA
- Ensure for all FG product are produced as per legal requirement.
- All records like RM/PM incoming quality check, online quality records, FG Quality to be verified.
- Support R&D and NPD team in launching new products
- Carryout Food safety Quality audits as per standard checklist of Manufacturing units, as per set frequency. Ensure all NC’s are closed as per timeline given by Manufacturing units
- Must be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech /B.E Food Technology / Dairy/ Food processing Engineering, M.sc Food Science.
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years in Food/Dairy processing industry
